OUR SERVICES
RESIZING
Rings feeling too tight or slipping off? We'll resize them to fit perfectly. We us laser sizing technology, so you won't lose any metal weight and there won't be visible joint marks on your band. Most rings can be adjusted up to 3 sizes.
CLEANING
Send your jewellery to our workshop for professional polishing and cleaning, it'll look as good as the day you bought it. We also re-rhodium plate white gold pieces, bringing back that brilliant white shine. Your jewellery works hard for you daily, so treat it to a proper refresh.
SAFETY CHECK
We'll inspect your diamonds and gemstones to ensure the settings are secure. If we spot any issues, your piece goes straight to our workshop for repairs. We'll check every aspect before returning it to you.
ENGRAVING
We can engrave most jewellery pieces with your choice of font styles. Whether it's a special date, initials, or a meaningful message, we'll make your piece truly yours. Not every piece can be engraved, so speak with us first to check if yours is suitable.

Diamond Certification Options
We offer multiple certification options, so you know exactly what you're buying. Choose from GIA (Gemmological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemmological Institute), GIE (Gemmological Institute of Europe), or IDGL (Independent Diamond Grading Laboratories).
We also provide Diamond Heaven certificates as a secondary level of certification. We will explain what each certificate covers and help you pick the right one for your budget and peace of mind.
Returns and Warranty Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All jewellery comes with 12 months of coverage for manufacturing issues, protecting you against any production faults. Because each piece is custom-made for you, we'll need to assess the item alongside all original paperwork and certification if any concerns arise.

Natural VS Lab Grown Diamonds
Both are real diamonds with identical properties. Natural diamonds formed over billions of years deep underground, whilst lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments within weeks
How long will it take to receive my order?
Timelines depend on what you're ordering. Stock items arrive in 3-5 working days, or you can take them home immediately from the Norwich store. Custom and bespoke pieces take 2-4 weeks because they're made specifically for you. Crafting time varies based on design complexity and metal choice.
