OUR SERVICES
RESIZING
Rings feeling too tight or slipping off? We'll resize them to fit perfectly. Our laser sizing technique preserves your ring's weight without leaving visible marks on the band. Most rings can be adjusted up to three sizes, though full eternity rings can't be resized due to their design.
CLEANING
We'll professionally clean and polish your jewellery to restore its original brilliance. Our workshop team will bring back the shine you fell in love with. For white gold pieces, we also offer re-rhodium plating to revive that bright white finish. Your jewellery will look as good as the day you got it.
SAFETY CHECK
Pop in for a free safety check. We'll examine your setting to make sure everything's secure. If we spot any issues, your piece goes to our workshop where we'll fix the problem and give it a full once-over before returning it. Think of it as an MOT for your jewellery.
ENGRAVING
We offer engraving services with various font styles to choose from. It's a lovely way to make your jewellery uniquely yours. Not all pieces can be engraved, so get in touch with the team first to check if your item's suitable for personalisation.

Every diamond needs proper certification, and we offer multiple options to suit your needs.
You can choose from GIA (Gemmological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemmological Institute), GIE (Gemmological Institute of Europe), or IDGL (Independent Diamond Grading Laboratories).
We also provide Diamond Heaven certificates as a secondary level of certification. During your appointment, the team will explain what each certification means and help you choose the right option for your purchase.

Natural VS Lab Grown Diamonds
Both natural and lab grown diamonds are real diamonds. Natural diamonds formed over billions of years beneath the Earth's surface, whilst lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments over weeks.
Natural diamonds carry the romance of geological history and traditionally hold their value better. Neither choice is right or wrong, it depends on what matters most to you. We can show you both options side-by-side so you can decide for yourself.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our diamond jewellery is handmade, so timings depend on what you're ordering. Stock items are ready to go, you can take them home immediately from the store or have them delivered within 3-5 working days.
Custom or bespoke pieces take a bit longer, usually 2-4 weeks, as they're crafted specifically for you. During your appointment, we will give you an accurate timeframe based on your chosen piece, so you'll know exactly when to expect it.
