RESIZING
If your rings have become tight, uncomfortable, or loose over time, we can alter them to your perfect size. All our rings are resized using laser sizing technology, ensuring no gram weight is lost and leaving no visible joint marks. Most rings can be altered up to three sizes. Please note, full diamond set bands cannot be resized. We recommend having your rings assessed at our workshop first.
CLEANING
Keep your jewellery looking pristine with our professional cleaning and polishing service. We'll restore your pieces to their former glory, removing everyday wear and tear. For white gold jewellery, we also provide re-rhodium plating to return the metal to its brilliant white colour, ensuring your treasured pieces maintain their original sparkle and shine.
SAFETY CHECK
Concerned about loose stones? We offer complimentary safety checks to ensure your diamonds and gemstones are secure. If any issues are detected, we'll send your jewellery to our workshop for expert repair. Think of it as an MOT for your jewellery, we'll examine every aspect before returning it to you, giving you complete peace of mind.
ENGRAVING
Add a personal touch to your jewellery with our engraving service. We offer multiple font styles to choose from, allowing you to customize most pieces with meaningful messages, dates, or initials. Please contact us first to confirm whether your specific piece can be engraved, as not all jewellery designs are suitable for this service.
