Need your ring adjusted? We'll resize it for the perfect fit. Our laser sizing technique preserves the metal's weight and leaves no joint marks on the band. We can typically alter rings by up to 3 sizes following a workshop evaluation.
CLEANING
Our professional cleaning and polishing service brings pieces back to life. We'll remove tarnish and restore the original shine. For white gold items, we provide re-rhodium plating to recover that crisp, bright finish you remember from when it was new.
SAFETY CHECK
Bring your jewellery in for a complimentary inspection. We'll examine the settings and identify any potential problems. Any concerns get sent to our workshop for correction, where we'll thoroughly inspect every aspect before you collect it.
ENGRAVING
We provide engraving with multiple font options. It's a lovely way to commemorate special moments or add meaningful messages. Because not every design allows for engraving, we recommend checking with our staff before deciding. They'll confirm whether your chosen piece can accommodate it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because all our diamond jewellery is handmade, production times vary depending on your chosen piece. Custom bespoke designs typically take 2-4 weeks to craft. Stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. If you're visiting our Liverpool store, you can take stock items home with you immediately.
