OUR SERVICES
RESIZING
If your ring feels too tight or too loose, we can adjust it to fit perfectly. We use laser sizing to maintain the ring's integrity without visible marks or weight loss. Full eternity rings can't be resized due to their design. Most rings can be adjusted up to 3 sizes after our workshop assesses the piece.
CLEANING
If your jewellery's lost its sparkle, we can restore it to its original brilliance. Our workshop provides professional cleaning and polishing services. We also offer re-rhodium plating for white gold pieces, bringing back that bright white finish. Your jewellery will look as good as the day you first wore it.
SAFETY CHECK
Worried about loose stones? We'll inspect your jewellery to ensure the settings are secure. If we spot any issues, we'll send it to our workshop for repairs and perform a full check before returning it to you. Think of it as an MOT for your jewellery.
ENGRAVING
Want to add a personal touch? We offer engraving services with various font styles to choose from. Not all pieces can be engraved, so please contact our team first to check if your jewellery is suitable for engraving.

Natural VS Lab Grown Diamonds
Both natural and lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with identical physical and chemical properties. The difference lies in their origin.
Natural diamonds form deep beneath the earth's surface over billions of years. Lab grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology, typically taking just weeks to grow.
Lab grown diamonds cost less than natural diamonds of comparable quality, making them an attractive option if you're working within a tight budget. Natural diamonds get their price from their rarity and traditional appeal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our diamond jewellery is handmade to order. Stock items are ready within 3-5 working days, or you can collect them immediately from our Leeds store.
Custom and bespoke pieces take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you place your order, so you'll know exactly when to expect your jewellery.
