RESIZING
If your ring feels tight or loose, we can adjust it to fit perfectly. We use laser sizing to preserve the ring's integrity without visible marks or weight loss. Most rings can be adjusted up to 3 sizes after a workshop assessment. Please note that some bands can't be resized due to their design and will need exchanging or remaking instead.
CLEANING
Lost that sparkle? We offer professional cleaning and polishing to restore your jewellery's brilliance. Our workshop will bring your piece back to its former glory. We also provide re-rhodium plating for white gold jewellery to revive its bright white colour. Keep your diamonds shining and your metals gleaming with our expert care.
SAFETY CHECK
Worried about loose stones? We'll check your jewellery to ensure the settings are secure. If there's an issue, we'll send it to our workshop for repairs and check everything before returning it to you. Think of it as an MOT for your jewellery, keeping your precious pieces safe and sound.
ENGRAVING
Want to add a personal touch? We offer engraving services with various font styles to choose from. It's perfect for adding dates, initials, or meaningful messages to your jewellery. Not all items can be engraved, so contact our team first to check if your piece is suitable for this service.

Every piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults, giving you peace of mind. Your jewellery is also protected against loss or damage during delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you see a piece you like, you can take it on that day, if it’s not in stock, our quick delivery items arrive within 4-5 working days. Perfect if you're working on a deadline.
Made-to-order pieces typically take 2-4 weeks as they're crafted specifically for you in our workshop. We'll give you a clear timeline during your appointment, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
