Will your store be closed?
Our store will be closed from the 5th Nov 2020, but only for customers coming in to store. Our phone & online sales & customer services are still open.
Currently we plan to re-open for customers on the 3rd of December once the national restrictions end. However this will be kept under review as government guidance changes.
Are you still able to produce orders placed online and via email?
Our manufacturing will stay open throughout the national restrictions to produce orders. At present we are not experiencing any major delays and are aiming to deliver all on time. You will be contacted before items are sent to you.
Are you able to guarantee Christmas delivery?
Currently we are able to deliver all our products at their normal timescales including those required for Christmas delivery. If restrictions change in any way that will prevent this, we will update you immediately.
Can I call to place an order or to discuss a query?
Our phone lines will be open from 9:30am-5:30pm as normal. Alternatively you can contact us on email@example.com
How do I return an item?
If you are returning an online/store order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. Please do not send back returns without prior information to us by email.
