Will your store be closed?
Our store will be closed from the 20th Dec 2020. Our phone, online sales & customer services are still open.
Are you still able to produce orders placed online and via email?
Our manufacturing will stay open throughout the national restrictions to produce orders. At present we are not experiencing any major delays and are aiming to deliver all on time. You will be contacted before items are sent to you.
Can I call to place an order or to discuss a query?
Our phone lines will be open from 9:30am-5:30pm as normal. Alternatively you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an item?
If you are returning an online/store order please contact us on email@example.com to arrange a return. Please do not send back returns without prior information to us by email.
